Controversial Nigerian socialite Bobrisky has called out the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) chairman, Olanikpekun Olukoyede, over what he described as selective enforcement of financial crime laws in Nigeria.

In a post shared on social media, Bobrisky reacted to a viral video showing armed bandits flaunting bundles of naira notes online, questioning why such individuals are not being tracked or arrested.
He criticized the EFCC’s recent clampdown on Nigerians who spray money at parties, arguing that the focus should be on larger financial crimes rather than social events.
According to him, it is unfair that authorities appear more concerned with party culture while individuals allegedly involved in violent crimes are seen displaying large sums of cash publicly.
Bobrisky’s comments have sparked mixed reactions online, with many Nigerians debating the priorities of anti-corruption and law enforcement agencies in the country.

The EFCC chairman, Olanikpekun Olukoyede, has recently intensified campaigns against naira abuse, including spraying money at social events, a move that has generated widespread public debate.
The issue continues to trend across social media, as Nigerians question the balance between enforcing financial laws and tackling serious criminal activities.
